Refund policy

Our prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping or supply return labels. The returns process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting questions@looseleashes.com. Please note:

• Prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
• Prints must be returned by UPS or Fed Ex. Return shipping is not refundable.
• Please note for all exchanges only current promotions may be applied to new orders. Past promotions may not be applied.
