FAQ
What countries do you ship to? In North America, we ship to the US and Canada. Internationally, we ship to Australia, The United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and Denmark. If you are outside of these areas, please reach out to us at questions@ronschmidt.art .
How long will my order take? All prints will ship out within 7-10 business days from the date of the order. In addition to our own processing timeline, please allow for time in transit. North American orders typically take 3-5 business days in transit. International orders typically take 6-12 business days in transit. You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How are the prints shipped? Smaller prints are shipped flat, oversized prints (24x30, 30x40 and 40x52) are shipped rolled in heavy duty mailing tubes. For international orders, all prints are shipped rolled in heavy duty mailing tubes.
Do you take returns?
USA/CANADA: Our prints are returnable within 5 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping or supply return labels. The returns process must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by contacting questions@ronschmidt.art . Prints must be undamaged and sent in the original packaging via UPS or Fed Ex. Return shipping is not refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Returns are not accepted but please contact us at questions@looseleashes.com if there is a problem with your order or your order arrives damaged.
Defective/Damaged Items: Please email a picture of the defective item to questions@looseleashes.com for next steps. If the shipping box/tube is damaged, please include a photo of that as well.
Where is the art signed? Is there proof of authenticity? Ron signs and numbers each print on the front by hand. There will be two numbers on the print - one is the total number of prints in the edition and the other indicates which number of that edition you have. The signature and number are proof of authenticity.
What are the dimensions of the prints?
11” x 14” prints have a one-inch white border – the image size is 9” x 12”
16” x 20” prints have a one-inch white border – the image size is 14” x 18”
24” x 30” prints have a two-inch white border – the image size is 20” x 26”
30” x 40” prints have a two-inch white border – the image size is 26” x 36”
40” x 52” prints have a three-inch white border – the image size is 34” x 46”
Do you include paperwork with the print? There is no paperwork or receipt included in the print. The email confirmation of your order is your receipt. If you need a copy for your records, please email questions@ronschmidt.art and we would be happy to email another one to you.
Can I add a gift note? Absolutely! Please email us at questions@ronschmidt.art with your order number and the message you would like to include.

Can you help? The site is not working/my order not processing at checkout? It’s usually a simple fix!
- For website issues, try refreshing the browser to clear the cache. If that doesn’t work, try a different browser.
- For credit card, checkout issues – Double check your billing address. Credit cards are declined when there is a mismatch between the billing address you’ve typed in and the address on file with your credit card company. They must match.
